The 80s vibe is extremely accurate, especially "movie 80s"

ET (even though the alien is a demon and needed to die)
A Nightmare on Elm Street (again, original)

And you'll see they captured the 80s ness really well.

Some of the details might be wrong-ish (some of the songs played came out after the year this is set) but they still managed to make it feel like the 80s.

Another show that captured the 80s pretty well was Freaks and Geeks.
