I'm gonna start this off with a great YA dystopian series: Tomorrow, by John Marsden. It's set in Australia and, basically this group of teenagers go camping for a few days... when they go back home, they find out their country has been invaded by enemies. It's VERY interesting and I enjoyed these books very much! There's a sequel to the series, The Ellie Chronicles, but I haven't read those books yet... so I can't tell you if they're as good as these.

it isn't fiction, but The Letter Q is one of my most cherished books i own. it's basically a compilation of letters by LGBT+ authors written to their younger selves. it's funny at some times and painful at others, and i highly recommend it to anyone who finds themselves falling anywhere on the q*eer spectrum.
